New Customers

New customers are always welcome during business hours to tour the facility. If you are interested in using Fireplug Inn we need information on you, your pet(s), and your veterinarian. We phone the vets for all our customers to verify current vaccination dates. This new customer information can be completed over the phone by calling Fireplug Inn at 817-329-8835 (metro) or completed using the on-line form below and sending it to us.

For new customers we offer 3 free hours of daycare for your pets. This allows your dogs to come in and stay for awhile, without their owners, to see how they do. For new customers interested in boarding, the free daycare hours give your dog a chance to sniff and smell all the new surroundings and to get used to being with other dogs. When they return for boarding with us they come in knowing it's a place they've been before.

Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 PM
Sunday: Pickup only, 4:00 - 5:00 PM
